NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-006297-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA N.A. is Plaintiff and MARK FOLDS A/K/A MARK A. FOLDS, JUDITH FOLDS, MARK FOLDS, JUDITH FOLDS A/K/A JUDITH I. FOLDS, FOREST LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUDITH FOLDS A/K/A JUDITH I. FOLDS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK FOLDS A/K/A MARK A. FOLDS, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, THE HAMLETS OF FOREST LAKES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGES 80 THROUGH 83, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
