NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 1, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-009508-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein URBAN FINANCIAL OF AMERICA, LLC, FORMERLY KNOWN AS URBAN FINANCIAL GROUP, INC. is Plaintiff and JANE DOE, URBAN FINANCIAL OF AMERICA, LLC, FORMERLY KNOWN AS URBAN FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, TAMARAC BY-THE-GULF, INC., UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 15th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, BLOCK 2, TAMARAC BY THE GULF, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 63, PAGES 12 AND 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
