NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 10, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-008463-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein CAPITAL ONE, N.A. is Plaintiff and HRLD ENTERPRISES, INC. AS TRUSTEE OF 3838 BURLINGTON AVENUE NO. LAND TRUST, BRUCE SHANKER , LINDA SHANKER AKA LINDA K. SHANKER, CAPITAL ONE, NATIONAL ASSOICATION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHEVY CHASE BANK, F.S.B., TENANT #1 NKA HATTIE REEVES, TENANT #2 NKA KENNETH REEVES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 2, Central Avenue Heights, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
