NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated 10/09/2015 and an Order Resetting Sale dated November 23, 2015 and entered in Case No. 15-001879-CI-21 UCN: 522015CA001879XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NA AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2013 SC4 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and KATARZYNA I. KOSINSKA; PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on February 23, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B-3-7, BUILDING NO. 122 OF PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I-#1, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE VI, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 57 THROUGH 61, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 74, PAGES 81 THROUGH 84, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5702, PAGE 1317 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
