MORGAN ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-S3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff and FOIZ HANIF; GROW FINANCIAL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, F/K/A MACDILL FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; HOME BUYERS, LLC AS TRUSTEE UNDER TRUST NO: 3720 DATED NOVEMBER 19, 2006 are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 12, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
