NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 3 December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-001496-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital I Inc. Trust 2006-WMC2 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-WMC2, is the Plaintiff and City of St. Petersburg, Florida, Henry Miller, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., The W.S. Badcock Corporation, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 20th of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
