NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated October 26, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-002277-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Lisa C. Costa a/k/a Lisa Clayton Costa a/k/a Lisa Clayton-Davis; Unknown Spouse of Lisa C. Costa a/k/a Lisa Clayton Costa a/k/a Lisa Clayton-Davis; Gary W. Costa; Unknown Spouse of Gary W. Costa; Florida Housing Finance Corporation; Wells Fargo Bank, National Association successor by merger to Wachovia Bank, N.A., formerly known as First Union National Bank ; Grow Financial Federal Credit Union FKA Macdill Federal Credit Union ; GE Capital Retail Bank f/k/a GE Money Bank, a corporation f/k/a GE Capital Consumer Card Co., as successor in interest to Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 3, FRANKLIN HEIGHTS; AND THAT PART OF LOT 22, BLOCK 3, FRANKLIN HEIGHTS, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE MOST NORTHERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 22, AS A POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN SOUTH 58 DEG. 04'52” WEST 44.24 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 70 DEG. 19' WEST 87.00 FEET TO THE MOST WESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 22; THENCE NORTH 66 DEG. 12' EAST 130.57 FEET ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 22 TO POINT OF BEGINNING, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 17 THROUGH 20, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
