NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-005598-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, successor in interest to Wilmington Trust Company, as Trustee, successor in interest to Bank of America National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-6 is the Plaintiff and Timothy J. Foote; Lauren A. Foote; Beneficial Florida, Inc. are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK B, SCHOFIELD'S EXTENSION NO. 2, AS PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
