NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-013849-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein LPP MORTGAGE LTD is Plaintiff and CAROLYN NEWSON, TOMMY FASCIOLO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION 2 N/K/A CHERYL NEWSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION 3 N/K/A LOUIS NEWSON, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESION 4, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHERI LATIMORE A/K/A SHERIE ISHMAEL , UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GEORGE LATIMORE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROLYN NEWSON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SAMUEL PAYNE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NAPOLEON SERMON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM STOKES N/K/A ANGENELL STOKES, UNKNOWN SOPUSE OF GEORGE STOKES, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 11th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 23, LESS STREET, KRAMER & WALKER SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
