NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 5, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-003572-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2004QA6 is the Plaintiff and Eddy A. Moreno-Acosta; Isabel Sanchez; Wachovia Bank, National Association N/K/A Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Unknown Tenant(s) are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 56 OF MILL POND, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 75, PAGE 16 AND 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
