NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 29, 2015, entered in Case No. 13-006789-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wilmington Trust Company as Successor to the Bank of New York as Successor to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Successor Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates Series 2005-CB2 is the Plaintiff and Doris Louise Sciandra a/k/a Doris L. Sciandra; Mainlands of Tamarac by The Gulf Unit Six Association, Inc.; National City Bank; Unknown Tenant/Occupant(s) are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: UNIT 8, BLOCK 108, OF THE MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF UNIT SIX, PHASE II A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5323, PAGE 607, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 59, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
