Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Calais Village Condominium Association Inc., Danielle M. Spoor AKA Danielle Marie Spoor AKA Danielle M. Cole, Florida Housing Finance Corporation, A Public Corporation, Jeffery Daniel Cole, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 21st of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 8 BUILDING 6045 AS SHOWN OF CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF CALAIS VILLAGE A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 59 PAGES 49 THROUGH 52 PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED MARCH 19 1982 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5323 PAGES 1630 THROUGH 1716 TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
