NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 14-008765-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF GLENDA L. HAWK, DECEASED; JOHN THOMAS FARRELL; ANDREW JOSEPH FARRELL A/K/A ANDREW J. FARRELL; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF GLENDA L. HAWK, DECEASED; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; BEL-FOREST MANOR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.;, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 29th day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 5-A, AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BEL-FOREST MANOR, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE 29 THROUGH 32, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED AUGUST 23, 1979 AND RECORDED AUGUST 23, 1979 IN O.R. BOOK 4902, PAGE 484 AND THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM DATED 9/19/79 AND RECORDED 9/19/79 IN O.R. BOOK 4915, PAGES 6 THROUGH 11, AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED OCTOBER 16, 1980 IN O.R. BOOK 5092, BEGINNING AT PAGE 1035 THRU 1040 AND ANY OTHER AMENDMENT THERETO IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 48 THRU 50, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDED OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE PERCENTAGE SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
