NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2015, and entered in Case No. 09-4428-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2007-2, is Plaintiff and BRENT C. KOVAR, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 21st day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 4, Block 35, Tierra Verde Unit One, First Replat, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Book 59, Page 85 through 87, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Being the same property conveyed to Brent C. Kovar, a single man, from Angelo Astuto, joined by his wife, Giancarla Astuto by deed dated August 14, 1997, of record in Book 9808, Page 1753 in the records for Pinellas County, FL.
Property Address: 121 6th ST E, TIERRA VERDE, FLORIDA 33715
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
