NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 12, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-003547-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York as successor in interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee for C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-CB2 is the Plaintiff and David Jeffrey Smith a/k/a David Smith; Unknown Spouse of David Jeffrey Smith a/k/a David Smith; United States of America, Department of Treasury - Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OF THE NORTH 500 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 46, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, TAMPA AND TARPON SPRINGS LAND COMPANY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 116, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
