NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 14-007282-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR BANC OF AMERICA FUNDING CORPORATION MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-E is the Plaintiff and Ann McKirdy a/k/a ann McKidry a/k/a Ann G. McKirdy a/k/a Ann Howley; Halford McKirdy a/k/a Halford J. McKidry; Dr. Ricky R. Lockett; Katherine D. Lockett a/k/a Kathryn D. Lockett; Any and all Unknown Parties Claiming By, though, Under and against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or other Claimants; Bank of America, N.A.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4; Tenant #5; Tenant #6; Tenant #7; and Tenant #8 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 12th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOTS 21, 22 AND 23, LESS THE SOUTH 70 FEET OF LOT 21 AND LOT 24 AND THE EASTERLY 68.55 FEET OF LOT 25, BLOCK 40, REVISED MAP OF THE COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION OF OLDSMAR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
