Final Judgment was awarded on October 13, 2015 in Civil Case No. 13-011484-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, AND DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CEDITORS, TRUSTEE AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGHT, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALICE LORRAINE KILLION DECEASED 2/22/2013; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ALICE LORRAINE KILLION; AUTUMN RUN-BEACON RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A ADAIR L. IMPERLINO; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A JOSEPH IMPERLINO; KENNETH KILLION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
