NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in 14-004403-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-10 is the Plaintiff and LISA H. BRUMFIELD; RICHARD E. BRUMFIELD; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 19, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BEGIN AT THE MOST WESTERLY POINT IN THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN SAID LOTS 14 AND 15 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; AND FROM THE POINT OF BEGINNING THUS ESTABLISHED, RUN
THENCE NORTHEASTERLY ALONG THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14 A DISTANCE OF 34 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY PARALLEL TO THE BOUNDARY LINE BETWEEN SAID LOTS 14 AND 15 A DISTANCE OF 125 FEET TO THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 14; RUN THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARIES OF LOTS 14 AND 15 A DISTANCE OF 82 FEET; RUN THENCE NORTHWESTERLY
