NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-002906-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is Plaintiff and WENDY CASON A/K/A WENDY S. CASON A/K/A WENDY S. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY CASON A/K/A WENDY S. CASON A/K/A WENDY S. CAMPBELL; SUSAN EAGLE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; FLAGSHIP COMMUNITY FEDERAL CREDIT UNION F/K/A FLAGSHIP FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SUCCESS IN INTEREST TO CITY COUNTY EMPLOYEES CREDIT UNION; TD BANK, N.A. LOT 7, SPANISH PINES FOURTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, PAGE 65, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
