NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 07, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA-004460-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein PHH MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and REBECCA E. MERRILL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The North 117 feet of the West 160 feet of Lot 2, WEST END FARMS, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 32, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
