NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-001241-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and JOSE F. MELGAR A/K/A JOSE MELGAR and YOLANDA VALVERDE; are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 11:00 AM on the 21 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 111, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
