NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015CA-002135-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and LAKESHA HARRISON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAKESHA HARRISON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; POINCIANA GOLF VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION II, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION INC.; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; are defendants. STACY M. BUTTERFIELD, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.POLK.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 19 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK 500, GOLF VILLAS II AT POINCIANA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE(S) 16-18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
