NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on November 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA-004748-0000-00, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is the Plaintiff, and PAMELA D. COWDERY; SHAWNE F. COWDERY AKA SHAWN F. COWDERY; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNKNOWN TENANT 3; UNKNOWN TENANT 4; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Stacy Butterfield will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com on January 14, 2016 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16 AND THE SOUTH 20.00 FEET OF LOT 17, BLOCK 3, MAP OF LAKE VIEW TERRACE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
