NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to that certain Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2015 entered in Case No.: 15-CA-001575 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein SIGNATURE BANK is the Plaintiff and CASSIDY BROTHERS, INC., an Illinois corporation, EAGLE CREEK VILLA HOMES NO. 1 NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida nonprofit corporation, EAGLE CREEK COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida nonprofit corporation, EAGLE CREEK GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC., a Florida nonprofit corporation and UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 21 day of January, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
