NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 07, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012CA-008113-0000-LK of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JAY R. RINESMITH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 05 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
The South 110 feet of the North 190 feet of the West 220 feet of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 31, township 28 South, Range 24 East, Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
