THE EAST 109.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 70 FEET OF THE SOUTH 160 FEET OF TRACT 13, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS (COMMONLY CALLED YINGLING'S ADDITION TO ZEPHYRHILLS), AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 16, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA LESS PORTION INCLUDED IN STREET RIGHT OF WAY; SAID TRACT BEING IN THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before 02/01/2016/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
THIS NOTICE SHALL BE PUBLISHED ONCE A WEEK FOR TWO (2) CONSECUTIVE WEEKS.
