NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-007307-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and KENDA L. AMADI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 10 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 8 and the East 10 feet of Lot 9, Block 26, ANGEBILT ADDITION, according to the plat recorded in Plat Book H, Page 79, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
