RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 29, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008938-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC, is Plaintiff, and FRANCINE PHANG MATTHEWS A/K/A FRANCINE MATTHEWS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of February, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 89, ROSE HILL GROVES Section 2 according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 23, Page 124 of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
