Pursuant to F.S. Section 177.101, the Board of County Commissioners will consider a petition to vacate the county's interest in a portion of a platted easement along the East and West side lot lines of Lot 27 located within the Plat of Mira Lago at Palmer Ranch, Phase I Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

If an objection is filed, the objecting party will be invited to appear and be heard at a scheduled public meeting before the Board of County Commissioners at a certain time and date. If you prefer not to appear in person, written comments filed with the Clerk of the Board will be heard and considered.
