NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 17, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013 CA 006587 , of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-ASAP2, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and MICHAEL L. MILLER; PATRICIA A. MILLER; CEDAR HAMMOCK OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A VIRGINIA FLINT; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Karen E. Rushing will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.sarasota.realforesclose.com on January 15, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 18, BLOCK B, CEDAR HAMMOCK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 21, 21A-21D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
