NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 15, 2015 in the Twentieth Circuit Court in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, KONDAUR CAPITAL CORPORATION, AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF MATAWIN VENTURES TRUST SERIES 2015-1, is the Plaintiff, and DOUGLAS WHEELER is the Defendant.
The Clerk of the Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, the Clerk of this Court shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, on May 20, 2016 at 11:00 AM, at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
