NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 08-2015-CA-001285 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which Bank of America, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Solemi Hernandez, Rotonda Meadows/Villas Conservation Association, are defendants, the Charlotte County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, Charlotte County, Florida at 11:00 AM on the 20th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
