NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-050937 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Patricia McNulty are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 21, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 147, BLOCK BB, STONEYBROOK, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TOTHE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 65, 73 THRU 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
