RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed December 14, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-051253 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and DENNIS ENG, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 2 OF TOWN LAKES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE(S) 10-15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
