Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 03, 2015 , and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on November 30 , 2015 , in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 6, OF BLOCK G, OF THE VILLAGES OF LAKESIDE SOUTH, PHASE II ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
a/k/a 4015 38TH ST W, BRADENTON, FL 34205-2311 at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 14th 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
