NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012855, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and PABLO SOTO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PABLO SOTO; LIZA J. GRAFALS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LIZA J. GRAFALS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA BY AND THROUGH THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; OAKS AT RIVERVIEW HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION INC.; OAKS AT RIVERVIEW COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION INC.; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 15 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 2, OF OAKS AT RIVERVIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
