NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 16, 2015, and entered in 08-2015-CA-000119 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CWABS INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2003-3, is the Plaintiff and DORINDA LOU JACKSON; JERELL D. JACKSON; HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES INC. are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott is the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on April 15, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
