NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 23, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-001096 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 22 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 27 East; Lee County Florida, thence North 89 degrees 15'13” East along the Northerly line of said Section 5, a distance of 1632.74 feet to the Northeasterly right of way line of Homestead Road; thence south 45 degrees 10'13” East along said Northeasterly right of way line of Homestead Road a distance of 1,346.22 feet to the Westerly right of way line of a 100 foot canal; thence North 02 degrees 13'08” West, a distance of 293.52 feed to the Point of Beginning of a tract of land herein described; thence North 45 degrees 10'13” West, a distance of 219.50 feet; thence North 44 degrees 49'47” East, a distance of 204.34 feet to the easterly right of way line of 100 foot canal; thence South 02 Degrees 13'08” East, along said canal right of way, a distance of 299.89 feed to the Point of Beginning. Said tract of land containing 0.515 acres, more or less.

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 5, Township 45 South, Range 27 East; thence North 89 degrees 15'13” East along the Northerly line of said Section 5, a distance of 1632.74 feet to the Northeasterly right of way line of Homestead Road (80 feet wide); thence South 45 degrees 10'13” East along said Northeasterly right of way line of Homestead Road, 911.88 feet to a point and the principal place of beginning of the premises herein described; thence continuing South 45 degrees 10'13” East along said Northeasterly right of way line of Homestead Road 434.34 feet to a point in the Westerly line of Bonefish Drainage right of way, (100 feet wide) thence North 2 degrees 13'08” West along said Westerly line of Bonefish right of way, 293.52 feet to a point; thence North 45 degrees 10'13”West 219.50 feet to a point; thence south 44 degrees 49'47” West, 200.00 feet to the principal place of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale. if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
