NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-003452 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Green Tree Servicing LLC, is the Plaintiff and Francis R. Bryant also known as Francis Bryant, Barbara Turner, Charles W. Turner, are defendants, the Sarasota County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 21st day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 11, LESS WEST 32.52 FEET, AND WEST 22.52 FEET OF LOT 12, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 'N', IN BLOCK 944, 15TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 14, 14A-14B, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
