NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated, and entered in Case No. 15-000632-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein FOREST PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and DR. MICHAEL E. HOLDA and RITA M. HOLDA; are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the internet at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 28th day of January, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 21-B, in Forest Park, Phase I, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 711, Page 1687, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and Condomiium Plat Book 3, Pages 63A through 63I, and as amended in Condominium Book 4, Pages 30A through 30I, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida, and as amended in Condominium Book 4, Pages 6A through 6I of said Public Records.
A/K/A: 4260 Placida Rd, Unit 21-B, Bldg. 21, Englewood, FL 34224
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
