NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15000932CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and ASHLEY SNEAD, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at Charlotte County's On-Line Public Auction website: www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, , 11:00 AM on the 18th day of April, 2016, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in CHARLOTTE County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
