NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Plaintiff s Motion to Cancel and Reset Sale dated December 14, 2015 , entered in Civil Case No. 2014 CA 000045 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2005-SD3, Plaintiff and MICHAEL JAMES VARLEY, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL JAMES VARLEY, JR.; LINDA MARIE VARLEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LINDA MARIE VARLEY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are defendant(s), Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Sales Sarasota County Date [Clerk Inserts] 1/29/16 Time 9:00 am or as soon as possible thereafter Location Foreclosure sales conducted via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK “D”, PINELAND SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 22 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, more commonly known as 715 Bertrand Street, Englewood, Florida 34722.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THIS SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
