THIRD FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF CLEVELAND, is Plaintiff and SUSAN M. TUTTLE; DISCOVER BANK, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of Court for SARASOTA, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the _21st_ day of _January_, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 151 AND THE NORTH ONE-HALF (1/2) OF LOT 152, T.B OGBURN'S ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF OSPREY, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 155, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
