KILEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARLENE C. KILEY; SUMMERFIELD/RIVERWALK VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Angelina Colonneso as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 20, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
