Notice is hereby given pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-000179 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Michael Walter Netreba a/k/a Michael W. Netreba are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Barbara T. Scott, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on March 14, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 424, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 18, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 8A THROUGH 8E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS, OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
