NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 6, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-025912 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Terwin Mortgage Trust 2005-18ALT, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2005-18ALT, is the Plaintiff and Edward T. Caldwell; Rebecca Caldwell; Gregory S Cook; Calusa Trace Master Association,. Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Nominee for One Source Mortgage, LLC are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on the 11 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
