NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 30, 2015, and entered in 2012 CA 4839 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and WENDY M. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WENDY M. CAMPBELL; GULF GATE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) #1 IN POSSESSION N/K/A THOMAS BIESINGER are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 25, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
