NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 1401288CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and WILLIAM P. MAGUIRE A/K/A WILLIAM PAUL MAGUIRE AVE MARIA MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. AVE MARIA UNIVERSITY, INC. EMERSON PARK AT AVE MARIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC. EMERSON PARK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. MUJICA WESTCOAST, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY; and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A ROBERT WICHARD IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 28th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 193, AVE MARIA UNIT 8, EMERSON PARK ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 41 THROUGH 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA
