NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 2008 CA 021005 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its trustee is the Plaintiff and Kevin J. Flessner a/k/a Kevin Flessner; Deborah J. Flessner; Husband and Wife; Branch Banking and Trust Company; Unknown Parties in Possession #1; Unknown Parties in Possession #2; If living, and all Unknown Parties claiming by, through, under and against the above named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said Unknown Parties may claim an interest as Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 15th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, SIESTA MANOR-SECTION TWO, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 91, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
