YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to quiet title on the following property in Collier County, Florida:
A parcel of land lying in Tract D, Town of Everglades, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 102, Public Records of Collier County, Florida, being more particularly described, as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest quarter of Section 11, Township 53 South, Range 29 East, Collier County, Florida; thence along the South line of said Northwest quarter, S 89° 59' 30” W 509.67 feet to the centerline of a 60 foot wide road right-of-way; thence along said centerline, S 41° 34' 00” 268.80 feet to the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel of land; thence continue along said centerline, S 41Ëš 34' 00” W 75.00 feet; thence leaving said centerline, S 45° 47' 45” E 162 feet, more or less, to the Mean High Water Line of the Barron River; thence Northeasterly along said Mean High Water Line a distance of 75 feet, more or less; thence leaving said Mean High Water Line, N 45Ëš 47' 45” W 167 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning of the herein described parcel of land.
has been filed against you and all parties having or claiming to have any right, title or interest in the property, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Alfred F. Gal, Jr., the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Samouce & Gal, P.A., 5405 Park Central Court, Naples, Florida 34109, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
